Well, okay........I've seen both movie adaptations.......but this book was hard for me to read. The writing style wasn't hard......but Lolita's comments made me uncomfortable and I just felt so bad for her. I wanted with all my heart for her to get away from him. Humbert Humbert...shame on you. I was so pissed off at him through the whole book and wanted to help her. I also think this book was too long....I felt like it drug on and on and on.
